Rais Nets Third Period Game-Winner

SALEM, Mass. -- Rais Francis broke a 2-2, scoring his fourth goal of the year in the third period, to lead Salem State to a 3-2 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) win over Framingham State on Thursday evening at Rockett Arena. The Vikings up their record to 15-6 and 12-4 in the MASCAC while the Rams go to 2-17-2 and 1-12-1 in conference.

How it Happened:

  • Kaleb Kinskey then tied the game at 2-2 when he lined a shot, beating goalie Aaron Mercer just over two minutes into the second.
  • However, Francis went high glove-side at the 12:00 minute mark of the third for the eventual game-winner.
