Endicott Posts 4-1 Win Over Salem State

SALEM, Mass. – Tiago Frazao (Trumbull, Conn.) scored two goals and added an assist as Endicott secured a 4-1 victory over Salem State in a non-conference match-up at Alumni Field on Tuesday evening. The Gulls raise their record to 3-2-1 while the Vikings slip to 2-2-1.

Max Karkos (Wethersfield, Conn.) scored the first goal of the game in the 5th minute, giving Endicott an early 1-0 lead. Later, Frazao and Jason Brodeur (Hanson, Mass.) added strikes less than a minute apart, as Endicott built a 3-0 advantage at the 19:28 mark of the first half.  

Dylan Senra (Dartmouth, Mass.) answered for Salem State midway through the first, but Endicott carried a two-goal lead into halftime.

The Gulls' defense kept the Vikings offense in check in the second half, allowing just two shots. Frazao netted his second goal of the game in the 62nd minute as the Gulls cruised to a 4-1 win.  

Zach Regulbuto (Somers, Conn.) made five saves in the win.  Matt Hauntsman (Milford, N.H.) stopped four shots for Salem State.
