PORTSMOUTH, R.I. -- Salem State earned a fifth place finish at the Roger Williams Invitational at the Green Valley Country Club on Monday. The Vikings earned a team-score of 630 as champion Hartford won the event with a two-day total of 597. Michael Amari of Hartford earned medalists honors with a two-over 144, 72-72. Ethan Doyle was the top finisher for Salem State, placing 12th with a 154,74-80.
