Quentin Wilkins

Quentin Wilkins (So., Hamilton, Mass.) -- Wilkins was named Little East Player of the Week after a 6-0 week for the Vikings (3-0) at No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles. He did not surrender a point in a 6-0, 6-0 victory over James Ontiveros of Lesley and swept both singles matches against Thomas and Vermont Castleton, winning 6-3, 6-1 and 6-1, 6-4. He teamed with Kevin Merino-Rivas to shutout Kai Burridge / Bennett Locke of Lesley, 8-0 and defeat Seb Soto / Calvin Cutler of Thomas. 8-3. Wilkins and Merino-Rivas earned an 8-7 doubles win against the Spartans to help Salem State earn a huge point in their 5-4 triumph to earn their first Little East victory.
