Plymouth, N.H.) -- Alyssa Otero picked up her second singles win and teamed with Kenzie McLaren at second doubles to improve to 4-0 on the year, but Plymouth State came out on top 7-2 in a Little East match on Saturday at the Holderness School. The Vikings are now 0-2 on the season while the Panthers improve to 1-0.

Otero won in straight sets 6-0, 6-3 and earned an 8-4 decison at doubles to secure the only points for Salem State. Megan Marshall picked up a win at first singles, 7-6, 6-0 over Samantha Tenney for Plymouth State and along with Kira Winter defeated Miah Reyes / Tenney at first doubles. Elena Cardoso / Alyssa Craigie edged Abbie Laliberte / Cassie Liu, 8-6 at third doubles.
