Goncalves Earns MASCAC Player of the Week Honors

SALEM, Mass. -- Ernidia Goncalves (So., F, Everett, Mass.) earned MASCAC Player of the Week after averaging her MASCAC best 18th double-double, averaging 19.5 points, 15 rebounds, five blocks, three steals and 2.5 assists in a 1-1 week for the Vikings. Netted 21 points on 9-for-15 shooting (60 percent) with 18 rebounds and six blocks in an 80-66 win over Fitchburg State. Had 18 points, 12 boards, four steals and four blocks in a 95-67 setback to Westfield State.
