Mackenzie DeSantis Named MASCAC Softball Player of the Week

Mackenzie DeSantis was named Massachsetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Softball Player of the Week after batting .524 (11-for-21) with two doubles, two home runs, five runs and 15 RBI with a 1.143 slugging percentage in a 4-2 week for the Vikings. She went 5-for-8 with a double, home run and seven RBI in a doubleheader sweep of UMaine Farmington. DeSantis follwed with a 4-for-7 effort at the plate, with a double, home run, two runs scored and eight RBI in a doubleheader split with Fitchburg State.
