SALEM, Mass. -- Salem State remained unbeaten in Little East play with a resounding 9-0 win over Southern Maine on Tuesday at The Central Campus Tennis Courts. The Vikings go to 3-0 in the LEC and 6-1 overall while the Huskies remain winless at 0-6 and 0-3 in the league.

Andrew Muttiah continued his unbeaten run at No. 1 singles, improving to 6-0 on the year, by shutting out Ethan Rudnicki, 6-0, 6-0. Roni Bazile, Corey Cherico and Quentin Wilkins all won in straight sets at No.2 thru No. 4 singles. Parker Andreoli held off Jake Singelais at No. 5 singles, 6-1, 2-6, 10-6 while Kevin Merino-Rivas earned a forfeit at No. 6 singles.

Muttiah / Wilkins blanked Rudnick / Zac Howe at No. 1 doubles. Bazile / Cherico won 8-2 over Alex Lancaster / Landon Weaver at No. 2 doubles. The Vikings earned a third point at No. 3 doubles with a forfeit by Southern Maine.
