Bio

Elizabeth Bonfanti was a three-year starter for the women’s volleyball program. A three-time all-conference first-team selection at setter, Bonfanti was recognized as one of the top players at her position during her career. A two-time captain, Bonfanti set a school and MASCAC record by scoring 15 straight points during a conference match in 1998. She led the Lady Vikings in serving percentage and assists all three years and was named to the 1998 & 1999 Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team, and earned MVP honors in 1998. Considered one of the best players to ever play at Salem State, Bonfanti helped the team to one of its best seasons ever during the 1999 campaign as the team won 17 matches and finished second in the MASCAC with just one loss.
