Animashaun Named MASCAC Player of the Week

SALEM, Mass.  -- Hakeem Animashaun (Dedham, Mass.) was named the GEICO MASCAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week after averaging a double-double of 29.5 points, 14 rebounds, 3.5 blocks and two assists while shooting 24-of-33 (72.7%) from the floor in a 1-1 week for the Vikings. He tallied 27 points with 16 boards, five blocks and three assists in an 88-67 victory over MCLA. Animashaun collected 32 points, going 14-17 (82.4%) from the field with 12 rebounds and two blocks in an 86-74 setback to Bridgewater State.
