Bio

Osvaldo received his bachelor’s degree in communications from Salem State College in 200, and has a master’s degree in community economics development from southern New Hampshire University. Osvaldo was a four-year starter at sweeper back position for the men’s soccer team. He was a two-time team captain and a two-time team MVP as well as a four year member of the SSC Honors Program. Osvaldo was selected as an All-American in 1999, was a four-time Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) first team all-star, and was a two-year All-New England selection. He received the Howard C. Smith Scholar-Athlete Award 1999 which was presented annually to the top male student-athlete in MASCAC. Osvaldo was recognized in 1999 as Salem State College’s top male athlete, and served as the sports editor of the college newspaper, The Log, his senior year.
