Dan was chosen for the All-American East second team by the American Hockey Coaches Association his senior year when he helped lead the Vikings to the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) crown, the ECAC East playoff title and the NCAA Division 3 Final Four.

Dan is one of just three SSC defensemen to record 100 career points in the programs 43 year history. He finished his career with 23 goals and 80 assists.

He also earned first team All-MASCAC honors and first team New England College Hockey Writers recognition his senior year when the Vikings went 23-6-3.
