Bio

McNulty was hired by Salem State in 2017, guiding the Vikings to an 11-16 record in her first season, the most wins by the program since 2002, and was named the MASCAC co-Coach of the Year. Previously, she led the UMass Lowell River Hawks for 21 seasons, accumulating a 339-290 (.539) record while earning eight 20-win seasons and six NCAA Division II tournament appearances. The River Hawks won their first-ever Northeast-10 Tournament Championship in 2009, garnering McNulty coach of the year honors. McNulty was also the head coach at Daniel Webster College, where she was named the NECC Coach of the Year in 2016. 

McNulty, who earned a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, is a member of the American Volleyball Association, Professional Association of Volleyball Officials and is a former NCAA Division II National Championship Chairperson.
