Women's Soccer Coach Kayla Grover Attends NCAA Women Coaches Academy

SALEM, Mass. -- Kayla Grover, an assistant women's soccer coach at Sale State, recently graduated from the 2018 NCAA Women Coaches Academy in Denver, CO. The NCAA Coaches Academy, hosted in partnership between WeCOACH and the NCAA, is a four-day educational training designed for women coaches. This intensive academy provides training and leadership for coaches ready to increase their individual effectiveness by learning advanced skills and strategies that directly affect their personal and team success.

"It was an incredible experience filled with valuable knowledge to take back and implement. I loved being surrounded by other strong female coaches who share a similar passion. It was empowering, and I am grateful that I was able to attend and experience it" said Grover.

Grover recently completed her second season as a member of the Vikings' coaching staff. A former student-athlete at Bridgewater State University, she is also the director of Atlantic Keeper Academy and a physical education teacher.
