SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY

Salem State Athletics is proud to offer its student-athletes Sport Psychology with Coach Lauren DiCredico '14. Lauren is a former two-sport athlete who has spent her career working with elite performers on their mental readiness. Sessions are offered for both individuals and teams.

LETS GET REAL

Let’s Get Real About Athlete Mental Health (LGRAAMH) was founded at UMASS Boston by softball player Bella Nadeau. It is a great resource for all student-athletes and provides many avesues for supports such as:

  • A student-athlete led support group via zoom every Thursday
  • Anonymous Safe Space support blog
  • 3 free counseling sessions through Athletes Against Anxiety and Depression
