Bio
A four year member of the Salem’s baseball program when the college was referred to as Salem Normal School in 1943. He also captained the basketball and baseball teams in his senior year and was signed by the major league’s Pittsburgh Pirates upon graduation. A short-stop/ second baseman, John played in the Florida State league during his minor league career. John resides in Revere with his wife, Mary.
