David Fazio received his bachelor’s degree in physical education in 1988 and his master’s degree in administration in 1994—both from Salem State College. David was a four year performer at guard for the men’s basketball team, and is the 7^th all-time leading scorer (1,440 points). He was chosen as a MASCAC first team all-star in 1984-85 and was an SSC team MVP for the 1985-86 season, when he led the Vikings to the NCAA tournament. Dave scored 40 points in a game versus Bridgewater State College his senior year, and is also a member of the Central Catholic High School and Lawrence’s Boy’s and Girl’s Club halls of Fame.
